Terms covering requests, provider acceptance, direct payment, cancellations, and platform access.

These terms apply to the current London pilot. The provider remains responsible for delivering the service and collecting the agreed service payment.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not confirm a visit. A visit is confirmed only after a provider accepts and agrees on the timing with you.

Marketplace role and payment

The platform introduces customers and independent providers. During the pilot, customers pay providers directly after service using a method they agree together.

Changes and cancellations

Use the private request link or contact support as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation terms must be shown before a customer submits a request.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate access and contact details, identify important risks or restrictions, and have supplies and equipment ready unless arranged otherwise.
