Using the site

The main flows are designed for keyboard navigation, labelled controls, visible focus, touch targets, live status messages, and reduced-motion preferences.

If something blocks you

Contact support and describe the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and task you were trying to complete. Support can help record the request and pass the barrier to the product team.

Alternative help

If an online form cannot be completed, contact support before sending sensitive information. Support will explain the safest available alternative for that task.
